Instagram y Facebook establecen altos est\u00e1ndares en cuanto a est\u00e9tica y si no trabajas en ello, ya no cuentas. Una parte de eso es, por supuesto, el codiciado \u00absix-pack\u00bb para hombres. \u00bfPorque parece que todos lo tienen, verdad? \u00bfC\u00f3mo se consigue r\u00e1pidamente un six-pack? Primero que nada, hay que decir que conseguir un six-pack depende en gran medida de la cantidad de grasa que tengas en el abdomen. Cuanto m\u00e1s grueso sea el pliegue cut\u00e1neo, menos visibles ser\u00e1n las l\u00edneas de la masa muscular subyacente. El cuerpo siempre elige d\u00f3nde eliminar la grasa primero. Parece que hasta el d\u00eda de hoy no existe ninguna manera de influir en esto (excepto la liposucci\u00f3n). En caso de d\u00e9ficit de energ\u00eda (comer menos, moverse m\u00e1s), el cuerpo extrae \u00e1cidos grasos de las c\u00e9lulas de grasa de manera aleatoria y luego los quema en otro lugar. Por lo tanto, parece que entrenar ciertos m\u00fasculos no tiene ning\u00fan efecto en la grasa en esa misma \u00e1rea.Suponiendo que tu pliegue cut\u00e1neo es lo suficientemente delgado como para permitir que los abdominales se vean, tambi\u00e9n es importante que tus m\u00fasculos abdominales tengan cierta densidad para darles esa dimensi\u00f3n extra.
